Wow....very suprising....luckily i live in Malaysia and surely it can not be applied to me. this is indicating the level of education of the Asia people. Many Asian countries are still in the poorest region  in the world,so is their minds and actions.Asia is infested with corruption and malpractices. you can get away from anything with help from money and power.
Around one in four men across six countries in Asia and the Pacific have committed rape, according to a study published in The Lancet on Tuesday.
Each year 250,000 rapes are reported worldwide but a World Health Organization report previously found that one third of women worldwide claim to have been victims of domestic or sexual violence.

How to save electricity

1. Washing machine - use top loading model,maximize load for each wash,avoid using 'hot washing cycle', going 'naturalist' ( nude 24h)

2. Television - turn off when not watching ,avoid use 'standby',switch off when feeling sleepy,watch something else 4 example your wife or aquarium.

3. Air conditioner - service regularly,install away from direct sunlight,sleep nude in hot weather( no ac)

4. Lights - keep clean always,use energy-saving bulbs,turn-off when sleeping 

5. Ironing - large piles of clothes at one time,switch off before last garment,iron clothes that require ironing

6. Refrigerator - avoid frequent opening,do not put at warm places,old one consumes more energy,do not open 4 so long,use your neighbor freezer 

7. Kettle - keep hot water in flask,use gas stove to boil water,boil water at max level
